Turkey Rebuild/Swap Photos
Boned turkey, with andouille dressing.
 Insert duck.  Now some cornbread and oyster dressing.  All trussed up and ready for a long night at 200°.

How about some "after" photos??? The ones where it comes out of the oven you nit, not after the scavengers get finished with the carcass!  Sure looks and smells good on this side of the computer! Love the sausage and stuffing! Joe A

danm, you a surgeon or something? nice knife work.
in my opinon, stuffing only works on a deboned bird. too much mass to get hot otherwise. i think that looks damn delicious.
