Trading Spouses

Don't know how many watch Trading Spouses - maybe I have been in Texas way too long but the Cajun wife "outclassed" the vegan yupster from California. Only upside was that she tried gator, but want over the line in many more ways.

"Desperate Housewives" for me. That's because they are nothing like the women in my neighborhood.

The country girls always come out on top.
"Desperate Housewives" has been a plesant surprise. It's as hot as I feared it would be. I may take up gardening.

Desperate Housewives is one of my shows. I'm on the set daily. Teri Hatcher is very pleasant, the others to a lesser degree.

The tabloids say that Nicolette Sheridan found out her role was only in the pilot, and threatened to quit if they didn't make it the main star/ongoing role. That's not true. It was an ongoing role. Sorry, no real dirt. Its a well run show, and I haven't personally seen, or heard about any cat fights between the stars. Jamie Denton, the guy who is Teri Hatcher's love interest is a very nice guy. I don't make it a habit of talking to any of the talent on any of our shows unless I have to.

Jennifer Garner of "Alias" is always pleasant, even when she's working crappy long hours.

"Teri Hatcher is very pleasant"

I hereby nominate that for 'Understatement of the Year'.

Mmmm.... Jennifer.....

Actually, she seems like she'd be very sweet. It's a shame that TV tends to distort what peoples real personalities are. You don't really know unless you actually know them I suppose.

Bin the early 80's I worked the kitchen and concession stand at the National Playwrites Conf. where a bunch of actors worked upcoming scripts. Two young actors stood out as being really really good guys, big time drinkers and never seemed to have any "spare change" for candy bars to wit I gave them gratas. The actors; Peter Weller and Kevin Klein. Back then, Weller aka Buckaroo Bonzei and Klein aka the Pirate of Panzane.

Damn it Hugh, you're no FUN. No good scoops on Lost, Desp. Houeswives.... Sounds like you are having a GREAT year.

I guess there aren't any cool special effects you can show us from Desp. Housewives. LOL.

Keep us posted. The Herbie and Lost pictures were awesome.

The Vegan broad is a real judgemental b**tch. She was a real whack job. I just loved when she said she would eat the neighbor's dog if she had too and the little Cajun boy saif "you just can't eat a dog, cause that is man's best friend". She seriously needs some Prozac. The Cajun lady really out classed her big time.

Too bad ABC is gonna toast that show...which they about did showing 2 episodes at a crack with a 3-4 week break between airings last year...it seemed like season 3 was never on. I see it got moved to Wed. night because DH is such a big hit.

The trading spouses/mommies is too damn funny! It always seems like the more affluent 'mommie' has zero class. Of cousre being TV the participents are probably hand-picked for that reason to make it interesting to watch.

It was interesting to note that the Cajun 'mommie' kept her cool and displayed a great deal of class by not reacting to the Vegan mommies' comments about her kid being 'neglected'.

How about at the end where the Vegan mommie was clearly irate that the other woman had given her husband 10K to start his orchard business that he had always wanted and the kids got several $K as well! As she read she became so pissed-off that she started to cry uintil she realized that she was receiving 20K just for her!! Too Much!! Fox Rox!

I feel sorry for the bloke that's married to the vegan b*tch. She got $20K for herself, and hubby needs a new ride, nope it's all hers. "I get to pick where the jacuzzi goes." Self centered, total piece of cow manure, F- that. At least ZZ got his mud boat.

Ha ha!! Matt! ...... No s--t!! - I know for sure that I have dated at least two of the vegan mommies' sisters. Totaly self-abosorbed. I think her husband needs a d--k/ b---l transplant instead of spending the 10K on his orchard. That way he could wear the pants (or panties) for a change!!

That vegan lady was a total beoch. She was so self centered, how could get a vegan get mad about an orchard. I think the husband may have finally saw through her and her ways. You know her activist friends are so pissed off at her, she has some explaining to do.

How about when she man-handled their dog?? For someone that cares so much about animals it was too strange. Like Jekyl and Hyde.

I'd have kicked her out of my home. I don't need the $50k that bad. An appropriate departure for her would have been to let the gators sleep on the porch for her early morning surprise, but that's just me.

THAT SHOW is hilarious................

I hate to say it but most Vegans are quite............ uhmmm how shall we say. "Trying to convert you"......

THe cajun lady definitely showed an enormous amount of class. Its interesting how you have an intial impression of someone and it changes as time goes on.

That cajun kid had some hilarious lines............ remember last week as he was speaking with the Vegan mom and she kept repeating "I don't understand"...trying to be condecending with him.......... and he goes.
"Well let me put it another way............... Yourrrrr Fired! "

I was crying on the floor..

Great stuff!!

The sad thing is ZZ can spell better than she can, and he's what twelve? Yeah, monkeys, not monkies, I about fell out of my chair on that one. She was intolerable in my book. She knew it all!
