Look it has a steering wheel for driving games built-in... That must be the first peripheral invented.

Yeah, I was hoping to interface with my home PC using C++ or Assembler. Don't always get what you want.

Uh-oh. I guess I wanted to believe it was true.
Now I have to tell my boss to stop sending the picture around to the entire organization. ![]()

Interestingly enough, some of the sci fi writers of the day had it far closer. Other inventions as well. Ever notice how much the communicator on the old Star Trek looks like today's flip phone?

How about all the James Bond gadgets that are around now? Have you seen the memory watch? Looks like a simple LCD watch, but it has 1GB of SD memory, and a USB cable built into the band! I have a pen that has a 128MB thumb drive built into the upper half of it. Then there's the iPod and the BlackBerry devices, camera phones, tons of computer driven stuff in our cars.... the list goes on and on.... Beam me up Scotty!! ![]() -Z.

Yeah..
I forgot about digital cameras. We have two of them, not including the motion camera. Instant gratification. Glad I don't own stock in a film development or manufacturing company!!
