Favorite X-mas CDs ...
Tis the season ... just wondering what everyone listens to.
I'm partial to the '99 Southpark X-mas CD - Mr Hankey's Christmas Classics. You can't go wrong with such non-PC tunes like; * Merry F*****g X-mas * Dead, Dead, Dead * O Tannenbaum (sung by Southpark's Adolf Hitler) * X-mas Time in Hell (sung by Southpark's Satan) * What the Hell Child is This? * Swiss Colony Beef Log * The Most Offensive Song Ever (about the Virgin Mary) Highly recommended for some good Holiday cheer ![]()

Am I the only person who hates South Park? I probably am...

I used to watch it when it first started, but I haven't really watched it in years. Clever at first, but then it got really stupid.

It still has its moments, but you can only ride the "let's be as offensive as we can" train for so long before it gets tiresome and you've already offended everyone that can be. The novelty / controversy over it wears off. Heck look at Howard Stern now - yawn. Same show every day.

I'm surprised it is still on actually ...
But, back to the point of the thread ... the X-mas CD is very funny if you're tired of the traditional X-mas crap.

George Winston - December. Absolutely stunning piano work and musical interpretation. One of my all-time favorite CD's bar none.
Saw him live several years ago, even more impressive than the recorded pieces. If you ever get a chance to see him, definitely take the opportunity! Oh yeah, and I second the Mannheim SR series and Charlie Brown mentioned above.

I was thinking along the lines of Maria Cary, and push that repeat button...
