Only because no one saw it and there were some good points to the defense IMO.

Too bad the trial didn't ake place in Texas. The mandatory appeals are going to cost CA taxpayers at least $500k. Considering the price of a 9mm bullet is .20, is this really justice?

I agree... Everyone wants a swift trial, but I want swift justice. Now Geragos is out there saying he did a bad job, just setting up an appeal. totally ridiculous. When is the last time Cali had an execution?

Chibone, I was going to go to school with her but moved away before junior high. that really shocked me because i'd grown up in that town.

It makes no sence to keep someone alive who is going to die. Its all political. If you kill to many criminals your un-humane, if you don't kill enough criminals your a softy. What gets me are the people who think the this to either extent. For those who don't beleive in eye for an eye, they live in a bubble fanticy land just north of cloud 9.
