Is it possible to find an address if you know the tele # ?
Just wondering how difficult is it to find an address if one knows the tele # ? The address i am tryiing to find out is out of State and the tele # i got is possibly a Cell #.

switchboard.com whitepages.com Look for the reverse look up. If it's unlisted, you wont find anything at these sites.

Google for "NPA NXX". The first site will be nether.net... Their list is out of date (but you can download the whole DB from NANPA yourself), and with # portability it's not accurate anymore... But it should give you a good starting place on city and state.
