I am having a heck of a time getting together with this car, the harder I try the slower I go, it kind of feels like dancing with your mother, both of you are trying to lead... Cocktails, yeah that's it, ...cocktails

Scott, I found that switching all the driving aids off helped me get a better feel for the car. its a pig of a drive with it all switched off. masses of lift off oversteer. i just went loads slower in order to keep the car on the track, then slowly picked up the pace. it sort of magnifies the handling with the aids off. i got comfy with the car, then switched the aids back on-bingo-lots quicker!

got in from work today with a headache. was going up to have an hours kip and then thought 'no. i will not sleep until i have pushed the mighty carl from his throne.' and lo, carl has been de-throned with a 7.30.710!

i can now lay my weary head on the pillow.

I don't like the F1 car for some reason. Super twitchy and poor over the curbs! Am I correct in assuming you cannot mod it?

Raise the ride height, and soften up the springs and shocks. Give it lots of wing to keep it stable.

NICE

the F1 car default setting also has max toe in the rear....setting it at 0 instead of -6 helps with the high speed stability, and the softer spring setting is a must as the curbs really upset the car.

the 5:06 pic looks like the nissan gtp car.....
on days 692-694 (iirc) there are a few black gtp cars that show up in "used cars"......i have about 180 days to go until i get those
