A big Thanks! to everyone for your replies. I'll be heading down there in 2 weeks to do the 1st round of minor updates on the house, so I'll bring a shovel and some grubs to give the shed a detailed looking-over.

When we had the excavation done last fall to add onto the basement (and house), we had a small 4-yard cement truck called "Mini-Mix" deliver the concrete right where we needed it. Perhaps you could get a similar delivery to get the cement where you need it without the wheelbarrow work?
