Drifting at the Long Beach Grand Prix
My office looks over the track, and they were doing drifting racing today in from of the Pierpoint landing today.
It was funny, at first I thought it was someone with a blower down on the ground cleaning up, then someone said look outside. This should be a big draw for the Grand Prix this year. Michael

Yes, it's a scheduled event this year. I'll definitely be there - bleachers just before the hairpin are about a 10 minute walk from my place

It was pretty cool to see them go around the fountain, you were expecting them to eat the wall, but they never really got that close to it.
