I'm starting to get annoyed with the pace of the last season. It's all over the place... We have had 3 or 4 episodes where absolutely nothing really important happened except for maybe 5 minutes, and one that was a complete brain dump of too much info in too little time... And now we've got 2 hours to wrap all this up?
I don't know, I'm getting the "radiohead" feeling on this season. Like the band, lots of critical acclaim but *I* don't "get" the music anymore. Too smart for its own good, kinda feel... Sure, plot development and fleshing out characters is important, but I have not seen a viper shoot at anything in 2 seasons, I've seen lawyers in space, messiah in space, really odd suicides and miscarriages that brought NOTHING to the plot, and I'm losing interest... Which kinda pisses me off because I really loved the first 3 seasons - and I can never forget the sight of the galactica dropping through New caprica's atmosphere and jumping at the last minute... There is no way they can resolve everything satisfactorily in 2 hours after wasting all that time this season, in my opinion... I hope I'm wrong ! |

Part-1 .............. theory
My wife is still saying that everyone is a Cylon. I'm still saying anybody "all humans" (ie. Baltar/ Starbuck) can be resurrected or cloned or whatever. .................................................. ............... Part-2 ...........theory This has happened before and will happen again. They all get sucked into the black hole and get condemned / stuck in a never ending time loop which forever repeats it's self.

I know they have 2 hours to save it....but i have been HORRIBLY disappointed with the last 2+ seasons.
Most of it IMO is pure nonsense. |

At this point i really just want it to end so i can stop wasting an hour a week watching it. I feel invested in it after watching it so long i cannot just not watch, but man is it an exercise in pulling teeth these last 2+ seasons.

Time loop maybe but god I hope they don't bring time travel into this. They have left it so open up till now that they can do just about anything they want.
Its too bad I cant cant watch it live tonight I have to wait a few days till it comes out on the internets. |

Starbuck is Daniel. It fits, artistic, etc. She's a man, baby. A man!

I thought that maybe Daniel was Starbucks dad. He is artistic (musical) and they gave hints to starbucks artistic side when she was painting (both back on Caprica and the freighter). That would make sense with the music being Cylon.
