You would think that people would care a little more about how they look in them. I mean, this is a shot of their mug that is going to be posted all over town, the state, or if you're lucky enough, (or UNlucky, depending on your perspective) all around the country.

Run your fingers through your hair to straighten it. Fix your collar! Do something!!!!!!

have you ever posed for a mugshot? the couple ive had taken the things you mention are the FARTHEST thing from your mind.

the cuffs usually keep you from much grooming, unless its pulling your skivies out of your crack, and thats only because your ace is all you can get at.

now riding accross town in the back of the car? thats when you wanna be looking your best.
