Well, it kind of looked like it.
Ohhhh, it's the statue of liberty!! I never saw the statue when I posted before. I was wondering why that dark spot is there...

we had this in the 50's too. U2

pretty fair bet that anything high tech we see, the government has stuff 20 years beyond that.
