Guys,
Can anybody help me assess value for these? A good friend of mine would like to sell them as he has no need for them anymore and could use the cash. Thanks in advance.    Also have Chewbacca.

Stick on eBay and see what happens. Amazing how this sort of stuff always seems to find its value there.

only problem is that you're showing the boxes and not the actual figures. the boxes are in poor shape, but it's what's inside that counts

Yep. Take them out of the box and display with the box in the b.g. Shoot a good digital photo, and see what happens on Ebay. I'm sure there's some toy forums around on the internet. I'd try there as well.
Better hurry though if you want to get in on the fray with the new SW movie coming out. Timing's everything in the collector's market.
