Increased SPAM?
Has anyone noticed a massive increase in spam lately? I thought that with that big kingpin busted it would reduce, but for the last week I have gotten an unbelievable amount.
It had reduced for a month or so, but now it is back more then ever....I always check my email remotely before I download it to my home PC at night so most gets filtered before making it to my home PC but jebus man.... The only site I really go to with any regularity is Pelican, ebay and some news sites....My work computer get's absolutely none as our corporate IT dept is really working hard at filtering....but my comcast account is under massive attack, supposedly Comcast has filters in place that do nothing!! Any advice?

Yup. We had an earlier thread about this. Seems about all one can do is keep deleting and NEVER respond. May the fleas of a thousand camels infest these A-holes!

Get a mail client that does bayesean filtering - basically, you train it on what is junk. Mozilla and Thunderbird do this, there are plugins for outlook to do it, etc.
