I-10
I live right after the split of I-10 with I-12 in baton rouge, lousiana. If you want some good cajun food its not exactly what you may call a 'restaurant' I recommend Tony's Seafood...Almost louisiana seafood at its finest. Just walk in and grab a few #'s of boiled crawfish or boiled crabs REALLY CHEAP. AND DA*M is it good.

Hey, this is the Off Topic Forum anyway. You can talk about crawfish here. Really. It's okay. Say "My name is Tom, and I'm a crawfishaholic." And we'll say "High, Tom."
I'm a dyed-in-the-wool Northwestern boy. A cloudy, 60-degree day is just about perfect and there's no better place than a mountain top 8,000 feet in the air. We have some projects brewing in Louisiana and Mississippi. My work will end here at the airport. I'm a liberal (or at least, I play one on TV). I won't kick and scream if I have to move to the South. There has to be an up side. Everyone assures me that the food is awesome. I believe them, and I'd really like to find out for myself.

I went to the Oceaneering International company party this past weekend..2000lbs of boiled crawfish. 2000lbs!! free beer, hotdogs and hamburgers also. enough for 400 people or more. only a couple hundred people at the most showed. when I left, the caterers were begging us to take as much as we wanted with us. There must have been a couple hundred lbs sitting there ready to go and over 500 lbs still in the boiler. I ate crawfish untill I could barely walk out of there. mmmmmm we still have a large bowl of peeled tails for crawfish omelets left over.

I'll probably be there most of the day running around as usual. I'll call anyway and leave my cell phone number just in case you get free

Tom, have you been to the No Problem track? I've raced karts there a couple times. It's an interesting track but it seems like you could really tear up a car there.
