It was thought that he actually passed several years ago but looks like he survived that episode. Would not be surprised if he had passed last week and his death was not announced until the royal family gets all their ducks in a row.
There will be lots of uproar in the kingdom when that happens and the royal family is trying to do what they can to keep everything in control. JoeA
