Dave, the article you linked has the guy's name all over it. Maybe not the e-bay add, but it looks like it didn't take long for the station to make a statement, provide his name and all details, and get the publicity ball rolling.

And don't these little fellers have Toyota Celica engines and transaxles in them? I thought Lotus finally threw in the towel on trying to get the British stuff to run. I see quite a few of these on the road and at the track these days, so they must run at least sometimes.
