Saw Mr. & Mrs. Smith

I love a good hitman movie as much as the next guy and I think Bradd Pitt is a smooth character (loved Fight Club). This movie is such a piece of crap I almost walked out. Brad Pitts character was pretty cool, but it was far out weighed buy Jolie's horrible acting and dumb unbelievable character. I mean a hit squad made of completely women. Anyway, plot was weak and ending blew.

Thanks for the input. I'll save the $18 for two tickets and see something else.

I concur on the movie sucking. However, my wife, along with most women, like the movie. Wished I had stayed at home.

I thought it was fun. It wasn't an oscar nominee, but I don't think it wanted to be. I didn't analyze the movie, I just watched it and enjoyed. Yes, it was silly. Who cares. I was entertained.

I liked the first hour or so, but I went in not expecting to see any award winning film. Considering the cr@p that is put out in movies these days, I thought it was not half bad. Worth the effort.

It is a little hard for Jolie to be believable in a converative sweater and string of pearls. She's more the type of girl who seems more natural in another string a pearls type movie.

Wow, after all those negative comments, I almost feel the need to check and see if I'm really a man, because I enjoyed the movie. You're right, it wasn't a super-classic, it'll never go down in history, and I'll probably never memorize all the lines. At the same time, mixing action, comedy, and romance all into the same movie is really hard, and they did a pretty good job of it.

Ok, so maybe the ending was just a little over the top, and the FaceOff style shootout was poorly choreographed, but I still had fun.

I enjoyed the movie too. I thought it was good. It's a DVD movie type of movie not a stunning blockbuster.

It was a fun movie -- delivered exactly what it promised:

"The War of the Roses" with guns.

Lame ending, though.

I am definitely a fan of Mrs. Smith in this case although she is quite deadly with a knife. I really liked her weapons storage in the oven.
