any commodity should be opened to worldwide production. The oil deal has some strategic issues. That doesn't mean the assets all have to be for sale. They can buy the black gold and party hearty as far as I'm concerned. China has to screw up managing it in a world market and they'll wind up like Mexico and Venezulia sic imo.

fwiw. the routine should be 7-10yrs for 3rd world labor cost increases to cease being an advantage. Who knows about China? When China's business office workers all have their own cars the gov't will have its hands full. righ now only a few of them have cars.
