I love trial lawyers. They make the world a better place by fighting for the rights of the 'little guy'.
Thanksfully this is being tried in a Russian court. The Yukos trial demonstrated that Russian courts consider the law above politics, especially when money is concerned.

I think Russia should be glad we now have the technology to alter a comet that might one day crash into Moscow.
