The FDA is really looking out for you, don't let them continue to cut it's funding.

This website is not intended to be photographic representation of all breast implant complications. FDA will continue to add photographs and/or illustrations of complications associated with saline-filled and silicone gel-filled implants as they become available.

The Baker grading is as follows

Grade I the breast is normally soft and looks natural
Grade II the breast is a little firm but looks normal
Grade III the breast is firm and looks abnormal (visible distortion)
Grade IV the breast is hard, painful, and looks abnormal (greater distortion)

Who is this Baker person, do they need any help with this?

Obviously the FDA approved every one of those devices gone bad.

... I don't get it. . ..or is this the typical lberal stance of "we must not be throwing ENOUGH BILLIONS at the program . ..'cuz it still isn't working" ?

Calm down, it was a "tounge 'n cheek" comment - a joke really.

As far as "FDA approved", I'm sure lobbyist giving money to members of Congress who in turn recomend budgets have no influence over what the FDA approves and can afford to enforce and inspect.

And the tooth fairy still owes me 25 cents from the first grade.

As much as I admire a nice set of fake boobies I have to admire my wife for not doing it.

She researched the subject extensively and came to the conclusion she could live with her small B cup and athletic build over a full C. I would lie if I said I wasn't disapointed. But, after reading and realizing she would need to have replacements put in every 7-15 years, it just did not seem like it was worth the risk.

The chances of a botch job are rare but exist, she decided not to take that gamble and I admire her for going against the Dr. 90210 bandwagon.

Good for her. Depending on the method of enhancement mamagraphy results can be obsured. Not good.

Actually, she did her homework, a lot of doctors are now switching to untrasound for mamagraphy so implants do not hinder it. No more squeezing and torturing. ( I bet a man invented that thing) Like I said, she really researched this, now my sis-in-law is going in for a pair and is begging my wife to do it too. My wife flat out told her no. My Brother was a little pissed at my wife, fearing his wife would back out. He is really hung up on appearences, fake tits are very important to him. A healthy wife is more important to me.... damn! That sounded really bitter. Lets just say they are more on the 90210 bandwagon.
