Been there , done that. Worked with a crew including a guy who called himself the "Mex-tra Help'. Everything was cool until 2 years later it was time to trim the roster and all of a sudden 'He" was the one that we were discriminating against by calling him by the nickname he came up with. The Company ended up settling for a decent amount of $$. I will never joke around with co-workers in the way that I would with my friends. Friends don't sue friends. At least not yet....
