Awesome stuff. After Christams, I was looking at some pictures and just happened to notice that I had a big, fat face.
I was aware that I hadn't been my trim self for a while, 5'10" and 205, but man... I was not prepared for that big, fat face. So anyway, I hate teh idea of going to a gym, and quite frankly, I hate the idea of loosing time for exercise. So I started taking the stairs at work. 17 floors, two or three times a day. I was down to 175 by April.
