To the original poster: Get in the gym and lift heavy. Dont worry, this wont necessarily make you "big" but it will definitely shape your body...& the more muscle mass you have = the more fat your body burns.
Dont make the mistake of doing too much cardio, without 3 solid days in the gym per week. |

I guess I am the RS in the group. 5'8'' and 130 lbs.
I get to keep the A/C in my car and still be ahead. ![]()

I ended up weighing myself this morning (unusual for me - I don't really care, but I think this thread was kicking around in the back of my mind). I'm currently under 160lb (about 156, to be more precise). I turned 30 this year, and I'm slightly over 6' tall. I guess it will catch up one day.
Mind you, I don't drink at all, which has to help... My recipe is apparently based on low sugar caffeine (espresso) and white flour based food. Needless to say, YMMV.
