Who here can cut 1/4" steel?

I need two pieces of steel: 11" x 30" cut in a fairly complex pattern -- all bevel cuts.

I can supply a drawing or a CAM-compatible file. PM me, please...

As opposed to the other post linked above, this is a good application for an abrasive waterjet cutter. Some of the newer one's have pivoting heads so they can cut bevels. I know someone in Houston that does it, but you can probably find someone closer to home.

mere steel??

if you contact Superman in the forums, he might be able to cut it with his xray vision on High. Perhaps he will be near you today.

Jeez nostatic, , pm me for advice...back to subject...6' nail is more like it. They don't call me the Velvet Sledge for nothing. It's all in the head. I think I'm drunk.

Sounds like a job for a laser cutting shop... but I'm not sure about the beveled edge.
