I am having some trouble getting my windshield and windows completely clean on the inside. Windex does not work from my experience so far! It looks good when I'm done with the job, but after the car sits with the top up and the inside being 90+ degrees, Windex leaves a film on the inside of the windows. Why is this occuring? What else aside Windex can I use to get my windows clean and not have a film on them the next day?
Thanks!

Windex or any glass cleaner with newspaper works well for me. The newspaper is the key.

Windex has ammonia which tends to leave a film that clouds up in contact with water or high humidity. I really like Eagle One Glass Cleaner. It is alcohol based so no streaking problems and it can be used on window tint or computer screens. IMHO it cleans any glass better than Windex.

I make my own glass cleaner out of a mixture of water and rubbing alcohol. It has removed the "film" from the inside of my 911 windows for years. I use regular ol' paper towels.

Sometimes a soft, dry towel is all that is needed. If all you have is dust or a film on the inside, this works well. I wouldn't use it on a really dirty window. Clean the dirt first, then finish with a dry towel.

I'll be sure to try some of those out. I just picked up a Windex with vinegar, so I'll see if that makes a difference. I'll try some newspaper as well tonight. Thanks!
