Time Warner ordering lil 'ole me to "cease and desist". or they'll sue

OK, this is funny. My partners and I have received a order to cease and desist using our website as "PeoplesNation.com" as they own the right to "People" as in the magazine. If not they will sue.

No, I'm not kidding, this is hillarious to me. I really don't know what else to say. Any advice?

I used to have nostarbucks.com and starbucks sent me a c&d letter. I abandoned the site even though trademark law was in my favor...not gonna pay to go to court.

They appear to have even less of a case, but that might not stop them from suing.

Note: I am not an attorney, and I don't play one on TV.
