Nip/Tuck returns

N/T fans - what did ya think of the opener last night?

Kimber, Christian and the detective chick looks like an interesting storyline.

What other show goes from cutting gangrenous skin off a 2000 lb couch potatoe to a hot steamy 3-way? Gotta love it.

I was a great fan of early seasons but I thought last night's season premiere was bad. The writers have run out of ideas. Same thing that eventually happened to Sex & the City - it just got too silly to watch any more.
"Weeds" is OK, but I am eagerly awaiting the start of Curb Your Enthusiasm. And CSI-LV is still one of my favourites.

There've been some good scripts coming thru this season. The next one we're doing involves a face transplant. Wierd stuff. I did watch the premiere of "My Name Is Earl" last night and that seems like it will turn out to be a good show.

I agree with you John, most of the show was a little weak. Especially with the strange editing and camera work - the end definitely saved it though!!

Yes, I like the tone of that one. Maybe a bit 'softer' than the previews lead me to expect, but the concept is really strong.

Just saw the premiere. Anyone else out there think Christian IS the 'Carver'? I'm gonna go ahead and call it now...
