Racing community near C-Springs, CO
Anyone interested in creating a racing community in the Colorado Springs area. We'd need some serious capital but it could be fun!
Got my eye on a chunk of land that would be perfect for it.

I hear that the bastards are moving the track to Denver. Something about more people would attend. Bastards I tell you.... I really liked PPIR.

Ahhh, you see right through my plan. It will be awhile before they build there. But I understand that after they move out the grandstands, the property will be sold.

Now if you tell me you are going to put up a "free to the public" dirtbike track.......
Or a motocycle track.... Or a 4x4 truck course.....

One of the pre-reqs for moving here was the number and accessibilty tof tracks. Now, within two months I find out they are closing PPIR and 2nd creek. That sux! I guess PPIR was bought by some 'track' company and are closing it cuz they are building a new one in Denver and do not want the competition. I hope they will at least rent out PPIR, even if big races do not come....
