Ann Coulter believes what she says...not a typical woman.

Actually, no Mul, I don't.

If she actually believes what she says, then she is completely whacked.

Pretty lame attempt at humor if you ask me. No wit, no irony, no zing. Just a stupid old guy joke, repeating ***** that may have had some humor 20 years ago but now is just worked to death and kinda pathetic. Something my great uncle might find amusing.

I don't understand why if a woman is in the conversation, offering valid points, invariably, eventually every single time, some "compassionate conservative" male always turns it into this ....

It's sad actually.

Those days are over hun. We women in America have fantastic careers, shoes on our feet, flat tummys and pay for our stuff all on our own now....

If you want a woman like that, may I suggest mail-order?

My bad...It is just that your analysis is quite often so far from reality, I assumed your driving was just as erratic.

Not funny

Where do I send the check?

Rodeo 10-04-2005 11:26 AM

I'm not being a feminist ... and CC can stick up for herself. I just don't think its funny. But then again, I never thought Hee Haw was funny either. Carry on.

tabs 10-04-2005 11:31 AM

Alot of Americans thought Hee Haw was funny...

Mulhollanddose 10-04-2005 11:34 AM

How many women does it take to remove the top off a bottle of beer?

Who cares...it should be off by the time it gets to ya.

Rodeo 10-04-2005 11:45 AM

Now that I think about it, one could reliably predict a presidential election with a single poll question" "Do you think Hee Haw was funny?"

A majority yes and Dick Cheney is our next president

meanwhile back at the ranch.. as in Politics is Politics.

the Rep conservative pitch is to conserve historical community with its customs and habits. The Dem progressive pitch is to dump the debris left by the dead.

it's all about temperament.

This statement was designed to make a political inference...in other words you were set up Rodeo to bring the discussion back to politics...

However for my own tastes. I prefer British humor....Lionel Jefferies, Herbert Lom, Alec Guiness, Peter Sellers, John Cleese and Richard Lester...it's just sooooo DROLL.....

Rodeo I do think you missed the subtlity of what I was doing....let me spell it out.....one equates sandwichs for lunch....and I certainly ate this threads lunch.....by completely diverting it from it's orginal topic...and I pressed ole Polish Chickys buttons with obvious success.

I think that should shed enough light on the issue for even you to see more clearily what I was up to...

tabs 10-04-2005 12:23 PM

BTW....I don't think there is anything more funny than an Englishman imitating or parodying the French....
