Motion tutorials

I'm working on some more DVD stuff with Motion2 & Final Cut Pro, and I have some crazy ideas, but I'm not sure how to go about it.

Do you guys have any favorite tutorial sites or howto types of things?

The effect I'm going for right now is the one where the outline of a person is drawn in, then the person pops into place, similiar to what they do here, only more cartoonish:

Okay the "animated line" effect was way easier than I expected, and I figured it out in 2 minutes...
