Caution ! Disturbing images of Carnage Hope this isn't anyone we know

Reportedly happened in Malibu, Ca. No date given. Supposedly driver(who was NOT the owner) was racing another car at 100mph. Short description of event reports driver as being "visibly upset"! What do you think the owners reaction will be?

Anyone recognize the location?

Another heartbreaker
Car:
1972 Porsche 911
Location:
Wales, New England

Description:
The owner released the handbrake to roll forward a couple of feet and the car went out of his control and fell off a 30 foot embankment.

Yep, that's even worse than the first, but WTF? took off the handbrake and lost control? Those damn dangerous rear engined cars. Even worse than the old spontaneous acceleration, 911s exhibit spontaneous TTO.

I saw it happen one time where someone leaned into the car and released the e-brake with the intention of letting the car roll forward to allow the garage door to swing open. The rear tire rolled onto his foot and by the time the car rolled across his foot he had lost his balance, fell backwards away from the car and it continued down the driveway and across the street coming to a gentle stop in the neighbors yard. The only damage was to his foot and ego.

Kev;

The location is the McDonalds on PCH in Malibu. The Pcar was northbound and a teeny bopper in a Ford Escort made a left turn in front of him. Escort driver had her license 3 days. I happened by right after, stopped to make sure everyone was OK. The teeny-bopper was pissed because she had spilled Starbucks all over her new jeans.

I don't know how one could race at 100 mph at that time of day at that location and even at any time and have the other driver survive.

I'd say by the time the skid marks met the escort, he was almost stopped. He said the witch bimbette was talking on the cell, and turning left across him into Mickey D's. She saw him coming, and slammed on the brakes.... talking on the phone the entire time.

Lets see what we have here. On the cell phone, in Malibu, a Ford Focus, a latte in her lap all over new Jeans......Yep I'd say we have a POSER here.

If driving a Focus is a symbol of her financial status then that would make her a freakin mental midget.

Yes, It's right in Malibu @ the McDonald's.
No place to be driving fast. Even running the speed limit can be too fast in that area.

Kevin, don't you mean to say: "hope this is someone who doesn't already have a favorite body shop, and that somebody here knows the owner and will refer him to me..."?

If I know Kev, he's already got his hands full.

This was quite a while ago, maybe even last summer. This car is already in pieces and shipped to South America by now.

Girl: "BUT DADDY, he slammed into me and ruined my new jeans! Buffy heard the whole thing because I was on the phone with her! Ask her what happened!"

Dad (hyperventalating): "You..... totalled.... a.... ninety-five thousand dollar.... GT3 Porsche?!?"
