Here's mah assignment for Human Resources Management today:

Write a paper recommending to a company's board of directors that affirmative action policies be implemented. It
should be 700-1050 words in length and formatted according to APA guidelines. Include points supporting the
recommendation and clearly address points that may be used against this recommendation. The paper should
also address how affirmative action policy will relate to compliance with equal employment opportunity law.

EEO, biggest scam on earth. i've seen firsthand how it works: a company knows they will have an upcoming vaccancy, so they start thinking about who they can promote within the company to fill the void. They know exactly who they are going to hire before the ads get placed. False hope is given to all those who apply, including (gasp) minorities who think the company is actually going to play fair, time and money is wasted by both applicants and the employer. It's a total scam, yet commielibs everywhere promote the idea because it makes them feel warm and fuzzy.

Of course... I can't write any of that.

Edit: and I honestly don't think it's "commielibs" that "support" the idea.......I honestly don't even think there are many "commielibs" in this country. So you may not to add that, you may be called for some sort of accuracy validation on that one.....

You have a valid point...you really do (except for the "commielib" part....)

This project IMO will be an excellent one....encourages you to argue for something you don't agree with, and to make points pro and con. The ability to do this is very important........

Submit 2 papers. One the "textbook way", under your name and a second "real world" one under Alan Smithee.

Use someone else's printer to print that one, and change the font.
