i did the la-sf-la run in the same fashion (up one morning, back the next). I could fly, but its a pretty quick drive as long as you're not trying to do it on friday night. Just seems like a good couple of hours on the bike. Maybe I'll take the car though...

I got laid off about a week ago. Today I was offered a new job at Nebraska Electrical. Not sure if I will make it to vegas now.

Does anyone have advice on cheap airfare? I find it hard to believe it's $550 to Vegas for me. Hell, I see Paris for $350 every now and again.

So peoples.... any firm plans yet? Lili and I are trying to rearrange schedules and might be able to come out Friday night thru Saturday morning. Any plans for a get-together Friday night? Buffett, nightclub, etc?

I'm going to Vegas just to have good clean fun. Drinking is bad.
