New scam with a USA twist

We have just been posted out of Iraq to Germany but I am presently in Kuwait at the mean time. My superior and I moved some large funds belonging to Saddam Hussein,worth $25,000,000.00 (Twenty Five million US dollars) This money is being kept safe in a security company. What I wonder is, how much could the people who are stupid enough to fall for these scams possibly have in their bank accounts to swipe?

What I wonder is, if a soldier had $25,000,000 that he needed to keep hidden for a little while, why in the world would he email a complete stranger?!? Has he no family? No wife or girlfriend? No high school buddies?
