Sleeps over-rated, you all can keep your lil glimpses of death!

If it isn't the TV, this bored, the laptop or reading, I'd rather just sit at the foot of my kids beds late at night and listen to them saw logs. I used to watch my wife sleep but that just creeped her out.

Very strange dreams last night, very tired today. too much birthday fun I think.

Man, I can't function without 8 hours of sleep. 9 is better.

I've stepped up my workout from 3 days a week to 5, and I'm falling asleep faster and waking up more rested. And I quit caffeine. Haven't given up the fire-water yet.

I still do - still roam the house at night - hell how do you think I rebuilt my engine - from 11:00 to 2 or 3 in the morning. I went a week averaging 3-4 hours - but it was starting to cath up with me - 5 hours and I'm typically good. I get 8 about once every two weeks - but then have trouble getting to sleep the next night...

But I have been like that since I can remember.

That's how I got through school - If there wasn't late night cinemax, don't know what I would do... :D
