That kid is becoming the poster child for internet sales fraud. Never heard of a liar and a fraud standing up and pissing in the wind like that. Take one part stupid, spoiled, obnoxious teenager, mix one part 50,000 member bulleting board, blend in one set of misrepresented $100 gears and you've got a cocktail that could poison this kid's life or worse.

It's a very time-consuming read. You could skim over the largely repetitive posts of all the members recounting cdub's wrongdoing. But it evolves along as they dig up stuff on cdub, his truck, his family, his job, his other forum posts, etc. I got to page 37 and there's a lot more to go. The members there keep buying into his troll-like taunts.

Everybody keeps saying it's over $25, but I don't agree. I think it's more about the principle of dishonoring a deal, then admitting the parts were misrepresented and (initially) refusing to cancel the deal. The kid's a flake who doesn't realize his own ***** stinks.

- cdub posts some "new" gears for sale on Pirate4x4 BB at $100, sells them and cashes the check.
- cdub says price was supposed to be $125 and won't ship them until he gets the extra $25. - All hell breaks loose that he should honor the deal; cashing the check constitutes acceptance. Buyer insists on getting the gears. - cdub is 19 years old, drives a hugely lifted Chevy 2WD pickup that looks gay. He defends his actions and insults everyone on the board. - The members check him out and find out his real name, address, phone number, photos of him and his parents, his jobsite, etc. They also suggest he'll get beat up. cdub (Charlie Wenzel) replies that whoever does that will wind up in jail, later claims he's packing. - cdub says he shipped the gears, after he admitted they were used and not new. Before the gears were shipped, the buyer insisted on getting his money back instead. - More hell breaks loose, the word on cdub is being spread around the world and on the various websites cdub frequents. - cdub finally sends a check. Not a US Postal money order as requested, but a 7/11 check that takes up to 30 days to clear. That thread is up to 70 pages now and running slow or not at all...

Chuck Wenzel a 19 yo in SLO CA offered some NEW gears for 115 USD delivered.
Accepted a check for it then edited the ad to same 140..... The buyer, Mocha Mike said WTF? Chuckie said 25 more or eat my shorts.... Mikie said blow me.....send me the parts, you cashed my check we have a contract..... Others jumped in and name calling ensued. Chuckie started calling everyone beyoytch and such.....got worse, everyone started posting links on other forums, Chuckie ends up having his whole public life exposed to ridicule, he folds sends the parts, parts are refused when he admits the parts are used and sends the guy his money back....people call/text his cell from all over the world, his Moms and Dads are called, sat pics of his house are posted.....yada yada yada.....the kids virtually been prison gang banged......
