We rented a villa in Montego bay Jamaica. Complete with pool, cook and housekeeper. We didn't even have to drive anywhere most resturants would send a car to the house to pick us up. Great since I really liked the rum. 10 days of bliss.

Back in the 70's we went to the Waldorf in NYC for one night and then up and traveled through New England before driving across country to CA. Same gal for 29 years.

We went to eastern Canada and particularly loved Nova Scotia. Enjoy:

Todd,

Agree and am about the same way. Was married for 11 years and enjoyed it. Now single for a few years and miss it but not going to jump again without it being a good partner. Can live alone just fine but would rather be with someone, and no, not the cat!

Yeah, girlygirl is my girlfriend Shannon. I sent her an email with a link to this thread, so she could see some of the great ideas you've shared. No, we're not engaged yet, but it's just a matter of time, and timing (everyone likes a surprise!).

Just to show her how busted she really is, here she is:

Heh heh, Girly got busted.

My Honeymoon was one week in St. Martin / Royal Palm and one week in St. Barts / Village St. John.

Great times! However, If I were to do it again I'd reverse the order of the visits. St. Barts is beautiful but there not much to do other than eat, sun and

St. Martin has quite a bit more to do. Better for the second week.
