You can't tell from this picture. Adam's apples can be shaved down, so don't count on that. One way to know in person is to have it extend its arms supinated and make sure the forearms diverge at the elbows. Check for yourself on your girlfriends and wives.

Believe that it is a female but would need to do a test probe, normally using Rodeo's johnson. If its female (authentic toe is found) then would dive right in on my own thank you ...
