something to think about
The Who have lost their drummer and their bass player.
However, the Beatles only have remaining - you guessed it - the drummer and the bass player. Coincidence? I think not. What's stopping the Whobles? Could the survivors take on the Stones with their awesome combined powers?

hmmm. good point. that works on a lot of levels, with "hot" in the middle and the mysterious ankh thing with the "e" over the "t".

I think Daltrey and PMc together would create an incredible ego wormhole that would most likely vaporize both on the spot, within minutes of the first meeting, leaving only Pete and Starkey. An English White Stripes.
A Lennon, Harrison, Entwhistle and Moon band woulda been waaaay more interesting. Tim |
