Sheehan Leads War Protest in Spain

MADRID, Spain - Anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan led a small protest Saturday outside the U.S. Embassy to denounce the war in Iraq.

About 100 protesters carried banners criticizing President Bush.


Sheehan, whose soldier son was killed in Iraq, called Bush a war criminal and said, "Iraq is worse than Vietnam."

The protest also was called in memory of Jose Couso, a Spanish television cameraman killed on April 8, 2003, in Baghdad when a U.S. tank fired at a hotel where many foreign correspondents were staying. Reuters cameraman Taras Protsyuk, a Ukrainian, also was killed in that incident.

It's sickening that she debases the memory of her son for what appears to be her twisted desire to be a leftist celeb. Her (ex?) husband and the rest of the family are ashamed of her antics.

Ya know fintstone, you bring this woman up an awful lot.

I hoped she would simply fade away, but it seems that she is determined to further embarass herself, her family, and the memory of her son.

I think the money is running out again. That sale of 100 books probably did not go very far....since she is accustomed to living on her son's serviceman's group life insurance proceeds.

You guys notice that she did not go to a country with a backbone, but Spain, where the govt bent over and spread their cheeks two days after they were attacked by terrorists.

Hope that God has a special place in Hell for her...

I loved those...

Apparently she decided the make-up artist and the gleeful expressions were not sending the right message...so now she is sporting the pious old hag look. Anything for a buck.

Looks to me like the face of a person trying to force tears....but having difficulty because it is only a pose.........either that or she is constipated.
