hi steve, read your post on 944 bbs about militia. Have to give up computer to students in family so haven'tread on this bbs. I agrree about us taking care of ourselves. In the '80s many states started miltias to take the place of NG when it was activated for Federal service. This State Guard, as called in SC, serves under state AG as does the NG, but are unpaid. These are real motivated Americans, often higher quality than you would think. Many former service, Special Forces, Seals, Rangers, etc.
