stupid question:
I see members with little icons or thumbnail pictures under their names on the left side.
How do you insert those?

Click on "User cp" at the top of the screen. Then click on "Edit Options". At the bottom of the page click on "Avatar more info...".

I see that many have customized the text seen just above their avatars. Instead of "Junior Member" or "Member", they've inserted something else. How is this done?

After clicking "user cp," click "Edit Profile." It's the "Custom User Text" section.

Thanks Steve but I don't see a "Custom User Text" section under "Edit Profile". Where exactly should I be looking?
