What scanner to buy?

I want to tell Santa to buy me a scanner so I can show off pictures of my car to the world. What scanner should he get me? Santa said the North Pole has been hit hard by the lack of tourists this season (his theme park visitor numbers are down this quarter), so he said keep it around $150 to $200.00.
Can someone help?

With prices on digital cameras dropping fast, I'd buy one of the less expensive models and forget about all of the hassels of scanning, converting, resizing, etc. You can get a pretty decent camera for about a hundred and a half.

A camera will be great for future pictures, but I have hundreds of photos that I want to scan and store, send, enlarge, reprint etc, etc,...So I still want a scanner.
Not too many replys here-so maybe I'll post on the 911 Board.
Thanks

Like Bruce Anderson says about Porsches, get the best one your money can buy. I'd focus on the hardware, and not the software that comes with the scanner. Get something that has high resolution, and a large scanner surface. 14,400 x 14,400 dpi is a good start.

Good Luck!
