I like it too, it has a similar look to the 612, but less awkward. The wheels are hideous though, they look like pentagrams.

Looks cool, I like it.

From the back it kinda reminds me of the 350Z though...

That's just wrong, unless it's on a firetruck.

A combination of many designs, definitely some Supra from the b-pillar back.
Overall, it's nice, and I'm thankful Pinnin avoided the easy (retro) way out.

To me its fairly a Ferrari. I realy like how they have tightened the body up on this one. Its realy sharp. It has a nice hood length, despite its stubby nose, they realy pulled off a great looking car, at least from those photos. Typicly i hate new Ferrari designs in the first photos, but later come to like them as I see more - Enzo especialy.

The car just misses being completely coherant in the shape's flow, but not enough to bother me, I rather like it.

I'll be most intersted in what it weighs. It may have more power, but i'd love it if Ferrari returned to a 3 Liter V12 in a 2,000lb car.

I also find the single tailights a bit odd after years of double from Ferrari, but things change.

To those who keep saying parts are copies of other cars, on those cars, you probably said parts where copies of other cars. They all have freaken four wheels! - well most. The new 997 looks like 350Z to, and it also looks a bit like a 996, and a volkswagen new beatle, especialy if the cab version if you catch it from the right angle. Whenever anyone comes out with a new design, all these "it looks like..." kinda drive me nuts. Sometimes its realy true, in this case, I think not. I can se the Panoz in the headlights, but how they flow with the rest of the hood is rather different.

That's a classic. I agree about the wheels. Those could go.

Before (and if I ever) plunk down six figures for a car, it first better damn well not look like someone else's car. It should first have a look all its own - which this doesn't.

Best example I can think of re. original design for a new car: Lotus Elise.

Thats a good example of a new design not being good design. Right out of 'Fast and Furious'. Ugly.

I'd like to see one without holes chopped in every body panel; might not be as bad.
