How to post a picture?

Could someone please tell me (in easy to understand language) how to post an accompanying photo along with text? I can't quite grasp the concept and I'd like to be able to do this without asking my kids.

click "Post Reply" on the right, start inputting your reply, and where it says "CLICK HERE TO UPLOAD PHOTO" click on that, and hit "browse" -

Your computer will be shown - go to the directory where the picture is and open it, click upload.

You're done.
