Hot Dogs Natural Casing vs. Skinless

Being from So. CA skinless Hot Dogs seem to be the favorite.
I hate them. Natural Casing gets my vote. I love the snap and flavor. I go to the ball game to watch my beloved Angels and all they have are skinless dogs. they suck.
I'll bet in NY or Chicago you can get a "real" hot dog.

Your thoughts?

KOSHER Dogs are the best! Hebre national are good, I also like Grays Papaya hot dogs which are grilled. I think all of those have natural casing...There are a few "Gourmet" hot dog places around that have organic hot dogs that are pretty tasty. mmm getting hungry!

First off go Angels!!!

Those skinless ones suck, in the Diamond Club they sell a footer dog and it had the snap last time I ate one. I believe the regular dogs they sell are from Weinersnitzel.

Try a Boars Head dog they are great, but I prefer a Polish Sausage w/grilled onion and deli mustard on baguette. The best one is at the horse track at Del Mar on a sick day from work.

Hebrew National at least on the west coast are all skinless. tasty, but they dont have the snap. Nathans natural casing are very good. Ralphs grocerie makes their own natural casing dogs, very good.

I owned a joint in So cal that made Chicago red Hots. Poppy seed bun, natural casing dog, finely minced onions, Kosher pickle, hot pepper, brown mustard and Celery salt, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Skinless hot dogs are balogna. Real hot dogs come from NY and Chicago and bite back.

BlueSky: there was a clothing store near CCNY called 'Cashmere and Togas'

Don't forget that the Yankee Stadium hotdogs start boiling in March so that they're ready for the home opener!

Ewww, you guys actually like the dogs with skin??? I much prefer the soft, skinless dogs to the ones with skin. They taste so much better IMO. The only dogs with skin I will eat is if they are BBQ'ed.
