Yes, and add pot and booze together and you still haven't approached the number of accidents caused by cellular phones.

Watched a show the other night on MSNBC. Suspected top cause of auto wrecks is fatigue. Moreso than DUI and they are not sure how to fix it. However, I believe NY or NJ has adopted a law that if you fall asleep at the wheel and cause a fatality, you can get 10 years in prison for manslaughter.
So never admit you fell asleep at the wheel if you cause a wreck. Say you were distracted or whatever.... |
