Tentative - I tech at Univ. of N. Texas on Fridays & Saturdays so that’s out. I arranged this deal prior to the Univ gig.
I am looking to swing in on Wednesday night and fly out Thursday night - I am getting dragged to Arkansas for my money job the beginning of that week so I will have to see. Looks like I will be in Annapolis MD this month, are you close by?

KEEP IN MIND FOLKS - No group rates have been set up and it is highly advisable to make your own reservations.
I would be glad, happy, delighted to do them for you but I think you would get sticker shock at my billable rates!

Did CC nail down her Hotel? The wife wanted the Venetian, but I think we're settling on the Westin Next to the Barbary Cost (Near Ballys, Ceasars and the Bellagio). And our 'Dates' are 24-26 (technically, 27th)

Hey...the Oleans is not a bad deal...it is a block or so off the the Strip, and is a little more budget orientated.

So there is no specific hotel that we all are staying at? Thought Tabs was working on a group rate for everyone?
If there is no big show going on, I can usually get the Hilton convention center for $60 or so, and its not far from the action. Benihanna's is there as well... JoeA
