i'm there just to get a paycheck, to pay my bills and to invest *heavily* in a side business....not there to climb the corporate ladder b/c I know i wont. too many social corporate a$$hos in front of me already...plus, i don't have an "MBA" or Masters degree or have any desire to go back to school.
